Siobhan Lien
Director of Marketing
Siobhan is responsible for setting company-wide marketing and communications strategies, fostering employee engagement, teaming to procure work, engaging teams to forge strong client relationships, and building brand awareness for Shaw. She oversees the team responsible for Shaw’s pursuits, project marketing, internal and external communications, and brand development. She brings a unique perspective built through her 20+ years of leading AEC marketing teams in engineering and construction. Siobhan grew up in the Mountain West and enjoys exploring all across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah, among other places, with family and friends.
