Vince Oddo
Vice President, Self-Perform
Vince leads and manages Shaw’s Self-Perform Division, overseeing pre-construction and operational aspects for concrete, framing, equipment, transportation, survey, BIM, and modular operations. Starting as a Laborer, Vince progressed through roles like Carpenter Apprentice / Carpenter, Engineer in Training, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Director, and Project Executive. His project experience spans from complex renovations, historical reconstructions, highly technical laboratories, medical suites, and new hospital construction to multi-family and senior living facilities. Beginning as a Construction Manager / Project Executive at Shaw, Vince forges relationships based on honesty, trust, and proven results. After three decades of visiting Colorado, Vince and his wife relocated to the state in 2019. They actively explore the Rocky Mountains year-round through skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and indulging in various outdoor activities Colorado offers.
