The Piedmont
The Piedmont is a three-story, eight-building project with 250 market-rate units located in Avon. The central building, featuring a clubhouse, makes use of the dramatic slope on site by tucking in a parking garage. The eight apartment buildings line the perimeter of the project site and hide parking from public view. The pool courtyard takes full advantage of the solar orientation and is a vibrant face of the community. Amenities included a sky lounge, dog wash, ski and snowboard lockers and a ski and bike shop. The project is part of the Village at Avon and provides much-needed housing for residents.
