CMC Edwards Phase 3 is a 23,044-sf joint student and workforce housing project developed by Colorado Mountain College and the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority. Building on the success of the first two phases, the third building adds 30 new units, 18 two-bedroom and 12 studio apartments, with a greater emphasis on two-bedroom layouts to meet local demand.
