Aspen Apartments is a 48,000-sf, four-story, 16-unit, wood-frame student housing project home to 136 Colorado Mesa University students. Construction included a small kitchen and bathroom in each unit, a large community kitchen, and study lounges on each floor. The students also have access to free laundry machines and dryers. The building materials included concrete and steel with a brick, cast stone and ground face CMU veneer.
