The Colorado Outdoors Flex Buildings are a 55,000-sf commercial park with a new showroom, warehouse, office, and distribution space for the Colorado Outdoors headquarters. The project scope also included build-out for future commercial spaces and tenant finishes for Montrose Recreation District's Flex Rec space and Bright Beginnings Daycare.
