Element 52 is a 147,000-sf luxury resort project with 48 condominiums ranging in size from two to five bedrooms. Located at the base of Telluride's Mountain Village, all units have ski-in/ski-out access and range from 1,200-sf to 6,500-sf. Amenities include a private spa and fitness center, access to après ski, and underground heated parking. Construction also included a private ski lift providing access to public lifts and the gondola. Situated on a steep hill, this project required deep excavation and backfill.
