Lake Vista Apartments
Lake Vista Apartments is a wood-frame, garden-style multifamily project comprised of 303 units in 22, two and three-story buildings. Amenities included gourmet kitchens in all floor plans, a state-of-the-art community center with a theater room, conference facilities, and fitness area, and an outdoor entertainment space with a pool, spa, kitchen, and fire pits. Thanks to an emphasis on sustainable planning upfront, Shaw was able to divert over 60 percent of waste building materials from the landfill. The project is LEED Certified.
