One Willits Place
One Willits Place is comprised of seven, three-story wood-frame rowhomes located in the Willits Town Center in Basalt. Each 2,500-sf unit has a two-car garage that can be accessed from a private alley. Large windows and two south-facing balconies provide plenty of natural light. The exterior features glass, wood and steel accents to blend in with the existing buildings and add a modern touch to the Town Center. This was Shaw’s 6th project for the Willits Town Center development.
