Park Circle Affordable Housing - Aspen PPP
In collaboration with Aspen Housing Partners, Shaw completed three affordable workforce housing structures in Aspen, Colorado. Park Circle is a three-story, wood-frame structure with 11 units located at the base of Smuggler Mountain. The three buildings were completed to meet the demand for more subsidized rentals for the local workforce in Pitkin County.
