Roth Living Headquarters
This new building houses corporate headquarters for Roth Living and is a showroom for Subzero, Wolf and Cove appliances. The building’s exterior façade consists of silver flat lock metal panels. Interiors include eight custom kitchen vignettes, three operating culinary centers and a state-of-the-art video display. The space combines the industrial look of exposed steel, concrete, and mechanical and electrical systems with artful finishes, including the steel and glass grand staircase and adjacent seemingly floating fin wall. Glass walls enclose the office space on the second floor. Other exterior finishes include low water landscaping, sensitive lighting and vehicle charging stations.
