The Granary is a 231,660-sf, wood-frame multifamily project with 264 units. This project includes 36 studios, 94 one-bedroom units, 104 two-bedroom units, and 30 three-bedroom units. Interior amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a co-working lounge, a game room, a pet wash station, and a community kitchen. Exterior amenities include a resort-style pool, a playground, a dog park, and a bike/ski shop. This project is HUD-funded.
