Doug is responsible for leading business operations at Shaw. During his time with Shaw, Doug has taken on several roles including Project Manager and Division Manager. Throughout his 30 years in the industry, Doug’s focus has been to fully understand the needs of the client, commit to providing service that surpasses expectations, execute work safely with consistent discipline, nurture an outstanding team of employees and build on relationships with strategic partners.
