199 East Pearl
199 East Pearl is a unique high-end, mixed-use development that combines street-level retail/office space and upper-level residential lofts. The exterior building materials are two types of cedar siding and corrugated copper cladding at the cantilevered window bays. The street canopies are heavy timber columns and steel beams.
