Hitching Post Housing is an approximately 83,300-sf, three-story workforce housing project with 72 deed-restricted units. Located on East Broadway across from St. John’s Health in Jackson, Wyoming, the development will replace the former Hitching Post Lodge with a new multifamily building reserved primarily for hospital staff. Unit types include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities feature a subterranean level with storage, a gear-tuning room, a snow-melt system for winter maintenance, and shared indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
