760 Horizon Drive is a four-story office building home to Shaw’s Grand Junction office and several other local businesses. This four-story office building includes sustainable features to reduce energy and maximize comfort for building occupants. Sustainable features include energy-efficient window glazing systems, smart lighting systems, water-efficient fixtures, grasscrete permeable paving, and underground stormwater detention and filtration systems. The project scope also included the largest under-floor air distribution HVAC system on the Western Slope.
