Liberty Center Office Building

The Liberty Center Office Building is a four-story, 22,000-sf steel and metal frame building. The exterior is composed of brick and CMU veneer with large sections of glass. Top floor windows strategically provide a panoramic view of the Colorado National Monument. Local sandstone was used for the flooring in the courtyard in the lobby. Each office space includes a waiting area, private offices, conference rooms and flexible workspaces. Amenities in each space include a small kitchen/lunchroom and outdoor courtyard with a gas fire pit.
