Colorado Mesa University, Health Sciences Building

The Colorado Mesa University Health Sciences Building sits on the site that was formerly occupied by Grand Junction’s Community Hospital. Four portions of the old hospital were demolished, and a 6,200-sf addition was constructed as a central hub to connect the different parts. The new Health Sciences building includes simulation laboratories, a medical technology lab, a radiology technology lab, 60/30 seat classrooms, seminar rooms, indoor/outdoor student lounge space, study rooms, and faculty spaces.
