Grand Valley Power is located on a 17-acre site in Grand Junction. This project features 274,863-sf of gravel storage/yard space, 17,966-sf of warehouse space and 20,888-sf of office space. The new office building includes a boardroom, conference rooms, meeting spaces, workstations, a kitchen, and a large lobby/waiting area. Each area incorporates a team-oriented design and maximizes natural lighting systems with geothermal heating. Grand Valley Power provides electricity to Western Colorado.
