The Grand Junction Fire Station #1 project was a 13,500-sf renovation and expansion project that included an 8,000-sf remodel of the first and second floors, including the bay room. Construction also included a 5,500-sf addition of a decontamination room, 15 private dorm rooms, a laundry facility, and a new parking lot.
