bridge. Both buildings are standard post-tensioned slab-on-grade with four stories of apartments and retail space in the north building. Exterior
finishes include stucco, brick, siding, and metal cladding. Amenities include a fitness area, a bike repair center and storage area, a full-service dog wash, a roof deck with a fire pit and BBQ grill, and numerous community spaces.
