The redevelopment of Ullrhof Restaurant will replace the aging structure with a modern, multi-floor heavy timber and glulam construction designed to enhance the on-mountain dining experience. The project will expand indoor seating from 220 to 425 seats and outdoor seating from 100 to 175 seats, addressing increased demand from skiers and snowboarders. Aligned with U.S. Forest Service guidelines, the redevelopment will prioritize sustainable materials and natural resource conservation. As a key component of SkiCo’s long-term infrastructure strategy, the project will also include extensive landscaping to integrate the new building into the surrounding forest environment.
