University Hills Senior Residences is a 101-unit, ages 62 and up community consisting of one- and two-bedroom residences. The four-story wood-framed structure also contains a below-grade parking garage and amenities including a demo kitchen, fitness area, cyber café, media and game rooms, bike storage and an outdoor kitchen area with a fireplace and entertainment space. The project was constructed to Enterprise Green Communities standards including a 66kW rooftop photovoltaic solar system.
