Colorado Mesa University, University Center
The University Center project was a renovation and addition to the building's kitchen and dining areas, lounges, meeting rooms, recreation facilities, computer rooms, and information desk. Coined the "living room of the university," the University Center serves as the largest gathering space on CMU’s campus and can accommodate over 700 occupants. Construction also included a new 55,000-sf parking garage adjacent to the student center available for student and public parking.
