DECO Apartments is a 580,257-sf, five-story, Texas wrap, multifamily project with 350 units and 20,000-sf of amenity space. Twenty-five percent of the building is standard slab on grade with a post-tensioned concrete podium, while the remainder is four stories of wood frame. Amenities include several common areas, a pool and wet deck, cabanas, an outdoor kitchen with extensive seating, a fitness center, a game room, a bike room, and a pet spa. This project is LEED Certified.
