The Rocky Vista University (Utah Campus) Student Housing project included three, three-story wood-frame student housing buildings totaling 90,000-sf and 129 units. Construction included a small kitchen and living room space in each unit, impact-resistant drywall, and high-end fixtures and finishes. Located on a large site, buildings are connected with colored concrete, grass, and seating areas. The exterior building materials included stucco and brick siding.
