RidgeGate Station
RidgeGate Station is a two-phase project. Phase one is a five-story, 293,860-sf mixed-use project with 269 units and ground-floor commercial space spread between four buildings. The buildings are hybrid steel and wood-frame structures with two stories of a 237-space precast parking garage. Phase two with begin as soon as phase one is completed and is a mirror image in size and scale of work. Amenities include an outdoor pool and spa and a community clubhouse.
