RidgeGate Station
RidgeGate Station consists of four structures including three, five-story walk-ups with 269 units and mixed-use commercial space. This project, which is scheduled to be completed in 2023, will consist of two phases and is comprised of a hybrid steel/wood-frame structure with two stories of a precast parking garage.
