The Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine (Colorado Campus) project was a new construction, 145,000-sf state-of-the-art medical school with a Clinical Assessment and Simulation Center. Construction included a gross anatomy lab, a clinical skills lab, a 500-seat and 250-seat auditorium, several seminar rooms, and a large library with study rooms. The building is also home to the Institute of Medical and Surgical Simulation, which is accredited by the American College of Surgeons.
