Telluride, Colorado
The Telluride Town Park Stage was a design-build project that involved the complete demolition and rebuild of a new events stage. The project included an expansion to the lower level which included a new production space, performers lounge, green rooms, restrooms, storage, equipment and staging areas. Select materials from the previous stage were retained and reused, part of which dated back to the original stage built in 1975. Shaw also did an addition to the speaker towers and upgraded accessibility with a high-capacity handicap and equipment lift. Updated materials such as natural corrugated metal siding and metal-clad shed roofs were incorporated.
